Before anyone can point it out- Yes, Dad Biner is concerned about using a weapon “with enough stopping power”, but is also shooting a weapon that requires reloading after only six shots. Two behaviors that you don’t always find in the same people. Live with it, if possible. I have discovered that I much prefer drawing revolvers over automatics. The original version of this strip had nine ‘bam’s, and I had sketched an automatic (something hefty. A Springfield, maybe.) Aaaand I changed it.
When you hear people with novel and specific ideas… or conspiracy theories… or who listen to a lot of overnight call-in talk radio, say things like “It makes sense if you think about it”, that’s when you assume it’s safe to tune them out. And maybe make sure they don’t have your address or phone number.
Well, this cartoon was supposed to post yesterday, and I’m still baffled as to why it didn’t. Here it is, though!… and I suppose you get Wednesday’s cartoon on Thursday… and then we’re back on track. Sorry for everyone who was as baffled by the lack of a new cartoon yesterday as I am while posting it for today.

It’s also been said that if everyone in the world thought just like you, there’d be peace, but that that’s crazy talk.
Or maybe it was the other way around, I can never remember.
Anyhow, this cartoon is for all of those folks who need everyone to think the same in order to be happy.
Good guesses so far! I’m impressed. Hang on, and you’ll see who’s rightest.
‘Rightest’ is a word, right?
