Comic
It’s a popular myth- if you work for yourself, you set your own hours and do your own thing. %$#@. If you ‘work for yourself’, you actually work for anyone who picks up the phone or walks in the door and says, “I’d like you to…”
My buddy Carl sort of wrote this joke. ‘sort of’ means he didn’t actually use pen and paper. I did that. Carl just lived it.
I don’t really intend to post every day, not after I get rolling. I wish I could. I’m not a fan of comic strips that only run two or three times a week. There are even fewer weekly comics that I can stand (Derf’s The City is one that I can’t wait to see every week.) but the final fact is that I doubt I can create six or seven Hubris strips a week for very long. As it stands, there are a few ready to roll out, and I want to have a decent number ready for new readers, so here you go. I’m updating quickly to give you some background. Read and enjoy. Then, go outside and play!
AAaaand now we meet the Outdoor Galore Store. You will let me know if there’s a product you love that you want to see in the window someday, yes?
