Sponsored something at the fair one year, but it was off the fair grounds. So had to get a liability insurance rider. After answering the same questions 87 bazillion times, finally policy was issued. Found out it was the identical one-event one the fair got every year. Still was worth $400 in case someone was stupid. I bet Dusty’s has a clause or six in it.
I can honestly see Hubris passing out on stage while announcing stuff at the rate things are going and maybe Kara running up to check on him. He looks awful as heck. Especially if he has to run from the giant tweety bird again.

I’m surprised a crazy, shark-haired lawyer hasn’t appeared by now.
Oh, I also recently found out. Cassowary eggs are green, rather bright and not lik say, colored chicken eggs (easter egg chickens and a few others lay colored shell eggs). It would be fun if Tweety laid a cache of eggs somewhere in the paintball area and takes offense of others being around…. [also would be interesting if someone recorded Dusty there…]
It might be possible.
Paintballs that haven’t burst will absorb moisture & swell in size if left on the ground. I can picture our “Dino-Tweety” thinking that they might be the eggs of some smaller type of bird.
