Hubris is out of sight, and it’s up to Durnell and Paste.
That sounds about right. I like it.

President Paste. Now there’s a scary thought.
One troll is as good as another. However, I can just barely imagine what he will do to the Presidential Fitness Program.
Hey, Paste is all for a set of abs, so maybe the fitness program would be okay, as long as everyone has a LOT of high SPF as I could see Prez Paste mandating Nekkid Bike Races as manditory.
Unattended skatepark!
Sounds like the name of a Metal Garage Band.
Rawk on, dudes!
“Don’t make your mamas wonder where they went wrong.”
Ah, if only more people would remember that BEFORE they do something or say something. (Or post something online!)
Two years into the “Stanky Creek” story arc and only 24 hours have passed…
Well ACTUALLY, “blind chance’s” visit that resulted in the 2nd Outdoorfest kicking off happened almost FOUR years ago…. http://hubriscomics.com/comic/hubris-blind-chance-visited/
I still maintain that, as comic strips generally take a couple of seconds to read (just to be safe, let’s double that and say 4 seconds), that the entire storyline within the comics of the last four years totals a little over an hour… and since the OutdoorFest has already run Friday and Saturday in the Hubrisverse, there’s still at least forty six hours and some minutes of life that went unexplored.
Oh not saying that’s a BAD thing at all; by all means, explore! 🙂
(I found Hubris about a year ago or so and really enjoyed reading from beginning to end, and was really glad to find out that another ‘fest was in progress, live! Time scale really doesn’t bother me at all. :P)
Ha! I wasn’t chastising. I think time scale and ‘continuity’ in comics, comic strip, and any soap opera style storytelling is worth poking fun at- and I assumed you did too. The idea that four years worth of comics is only an hour and ten minutes of ‘cartoon life’ is absurdity at its most amusing. I just like the math and the perspective involved in pointing it out.
We passed well into ‘epic’ at some point, but I dunno when. If I remember my literature classic, there’s supposed to be a trip into the underworld for it to officially be an ‘epic’. Maybe I ought to try and work one in at this late date.
A good dream sequence…
No need Greg, Da Debbil came to us.
Hmm, Dante’s Inferno depicted as a journey through an Underground Music Festival…there might be a movie in that.
Lots of caves along the river for the cassowary to run into as Dusty chases it.
