   In my mind, the key, critical phrase is to be found in Panel_2:
   “If this agreement holds, … ”
   I mean … why WOULDN’T it hold … ?
   What could POSSIBLY go ‘worng’ …
   … er, um, ah, ‘wrong’ … ? … 😉 … 😛 … 🙂
