Yep, the less that know he has them, the less likely he is to get ratted out. By the same token, he’s allllll by himself skating. (like the joke about God, St. Peter, and the priest who golfed who called in sick Sunday…)
Well Paste has a few weeks by himself before the Outdoorfest so maybe he can still find time to slurk over to the public park. Keeping his own face shut though might be hard. Very hard.
That was a problem I had as a kid playing basketball in the driveway. I had the hoop, the driveway and the ball all to myself, and after 30 seconds, I was bored out of my mind. You don’t get better, if the only one that can see your best moves is yourself.
Paste has good moves, at least. Maybe that’s good enough.
Sometimes you want a quiet bike ride alone, but you always want a crowd when you’re busting out tricks.
Especially if you screw up. The pain sucks less if you have other people to laugh with.
Is it me, or is Paste a better skater when no one else is around? Without anyone to try and impress, he can actually focus on what he’s doing, and he’s doing pretty good.

oh, so that’s how he is going to screw up huh?
Bet he calls ‘Hubie-Doobie’ over to share!
he can even less call him. since he is the one hosting the outdoor event.
That’s why it’ll be funny when he does call Hubris!
