Deb Rebel was after me in the first OutdoorFest to do more with the Nematode thing. I didn’t then, so I thought I’d make more of it this time.
Don’t look up nematodes, by the way. When you see them on ‘SpongeBob Squarepants’, they’re not so nearly creepifyingly horrific as when you find out you might have them parasitically hanging out inside you right this second.
In the Hubris board game that I’ve started (and can’t find time to work on again lately), it’s entirely possible to use the strategy mentioned above.
You assign a second team member to gum up the works for the other teams, leaving your primary competitor with a better chance.
I learned that from those big bike races.
Well, that and ‘Talladega Nights’.
