Durdelle IS an Athlete! He is a master of the 12 oz curls! Go Durdelle!
(I’m in shape! Round IS a shape, isn’t it?)

Hey round “is” a shape. Personally I think we all forget that each individual could be considered their own shape. Guy I know weighs almost 300 lbs and rides his bicycle 15 miles to and from work. He just can’t get rid of that roundness to him. He can smoke a lot of us skinnier guys too. Not that Durdelle there can’t swim, bike, and run. What’s with the competitor vs athlete stigma anyway?

Got me. Athlete just means “one who competes for a prize” originally, and that’s what the lot of them are doing. I suspect it’s just because people associate athletes with sports, and work off that to mean either muscle-bound or a marathon runner.

Durdelle: “Since we’re now both called ‘athletes’, let’s get to know each other better. You can call me ‘durd-ball’.”

Was Jim Parsons the little red wagon race judge because Big Bang Theory had finished shooting season 6 already and he had too much free time on his hands?
