Okay whatever snag they hit… Mr. S-C is going to be lucky if the others let him ride INSIDE the van on the way back to camp. This must have been an EPIC… and Greg TEASES us… oooh.

At least Hubris can laugh, and Mr. S-C can enjoy his last thirty seconds of life until Mrs. S-C gets her bearings and back on her feet…

Hubris had been spending half of the ride outside of the raft anyway, so the final mile just had the rest of the team finally in the water with him. Not sure the team is going to agree to go outdoors with daddy next time, though.

Okay, so this is the one that made me laugh until I couldn’t breathe, and also made me finally pull out the wallet and set up a Patreon monthly. You just have this mindset down to a T. I felt this way after my first river ride, and did the training to become a licensed guide that same summer. It was a great outfit called “River Recreation” ding rivers in Washington, Idaho & Oregon; I’ve been away a long time but sure hope they’re still in business and running strong.
