Kayak is easier to air-lift out. Only need to hook the cable to one end, and the body won’t fall out before the coroner can get to it.
Raft then.
Lets just put him on a ferry between Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. 😀
Good location, but the choice was raft or canoe… in Newfoundland. Hmm… still gotta go with solo raft.

Raft, they don’t tip like kayaks or canoes. Better put him in the center, too.
