   I suggest: “No deliberate killing, maiming, blinding or other -ings that will cause the Fest’s insurance premiums to more than double. Everyone has to start the event sitting inside their kayaks with the kayaks in the water. Last signed-in participant still floating on or in a kayak (their own or someone else’s) wins. In the case of a tie, the event turns into kayak rolling. In the case of no interesting winner, the judges get to drink free beer.”
