I’ll give you a little foreshadowing.
I really don’t like thieves.
This is not going to end well.

Either the fellow removed a body part, left a fingerpaint donation or cut the cord on the outlet and caused a great blue pwak? Or D, none of the above?
I vote he removed an extremity.
Ummm, the entire shop is completely trashed and there’s nothing of any value left to salvage. How else would this end?
one big electrical fire thats how lol
No ashes or flames. Just stuff thrown around, knocked over display cases, a dangling “Sale” banner, and what looks like red paint or buckets of blood in a couple places on the walls.
Looking at the past stuff. Mr. Doof may have either hurt himself and kept dashing wildly and hung onto the register so he did an arc of damage… then finally fled. Or he nicked the cord and did an electrical ‘hip hop’ dance and totaled things. Finally he lets go and runs… with or without leaving a ketchup looking garnish behind… and he grabbed Bob’s necklace as a last resort SOMETHING he could pawn. (Greg’s gonna skin me yet, heh. After the Patreon payment at least…)
There’s still time for a vehicle crash! My prediction refuses to concede defeat just yet!
If the knife closed on a finger(s), H.R. may have run amok in pain and surprise. Still, some big red blots on the walls.
Questions: did ambulance come? did police come? did lawyer(s) come? what happened to Bob’s necklace? Will the verbosity never end (not that you could have gotten the full story from Bob)?
I don’t like thieves either. Hope he’s out of commission for a while.
end well for the thief. unless he some how had the luck not to either get whacked in the head with the cash register. or the knife either cutting off a body part or stabbing him . the only ending is bob having to call nine one one and the thief unmasked sitting in a jail cell.
Catching the thief in the ER wouldn’t be a stretch. Just tell all hospitals, clinics, urgent care, and ER to be on lookout for someone last seen wearing this and having this sort of wound. OF course we have to see Chase R. Ambule as the thief will want to sue… (and might win. Fellow in Cali went to burgle a construction site, took a ladder to use it to break in, fell and injured back, sued, and won) Hope Hubris has an umbrella liability policy with real attorneys…
