Underlying problems!
Hey that is probably the first hint of a POSSIBLE issue case that LeChamp has had in her entire career. And yes, why not dress it up like Baywatch Meets House? Mr. Camera better be careful or he might need an episotomy to retrieve his camera….

Based on the pronouns used, he lacks the orifice required for an episiotomy.
Once she finishes “relocating” that camera, he’ll more-likely need a Proctologist.
She could try to use the thing as a ureteroscope…
I’ve heard of dudes having to have things removed from that area surgically and if it just took a few cuts in certain places it’s still an episotomy.
Ah – OK, then.
