There are some, grocery bags, that were made to do so. However if you used them for something else (like bagging individual strings of Christmas lights) they turn into the worst mess in a few years. Trust me…
Plastic can biograde just fine if it wants to. It just doesn’t want to.
I guess, the last information to make that decision was: “they are wrapped in plastic”.
so in translation “they are not filthy and stinky”

hubris will find the books and other things he will then decide to borrow in exchange the old guy gets his bunker finished cleaning with hubris helping at last
