Dang. Why can’t we get anything good coming from our bad habits? It’s not fair.
No, wait… it is. I just don’t LIKE it that way.
Oatmeal does not need to be bland. Add cinnamon, sweetener, chopped apple, and dried berries in it while cooking. Then it is like eating a cobbler for breakfast.
But oatmeal is GOOD!
(After you add enough other things to it so as to completely counteract any conceivable good it would or could have done!)
Oat meal, corn meal, wheat meal, mealy mouthed meal worms…
Oatmeal is great if you bake it into COOKIES!
A few chocolate chips in it don’t hurt, either.
I rather LIKE oatmeal!
Bury it in sugar and milk you got a liquified health bar.
I’m odd, I like oatmeal. I buy the whole grain oat groats and flake my own. Even my kid was impressed when he tried them!
