Great time to set up just OUTSIDE the event with a food and caffiene wagon. Heh. NOT on the grounds, and a couple of pavillions with picnic tables for the guests to eat.

yes Bertie’s Brats N Tacos wagon and BucketOcoffee van. BucketOcoffee got one of those big round hurricane fans and poured a whole pot in front of it while aiming it at the event… I still say that’s the solution; as long as everyone scarfs their food before setting foot back on the grounds.
I wonder if the snake oil salesman is doing okay… has he been beaten up yet?
