Some people get towed behind motor boats on inner tubes. I’ve seen ’em at it.
They tend to disappear in a giant spray of water and a sharp scream, rapidly cut off.
I haven’t tried it myself.
…For the reasons stated.
- I don’t know why this loaded late. I set it up last week. Sigh.

Prayer is my stretcher. Carry me, for I have seen the rocks and they’s is HUGE.
Remember watching video a while back of people being towed behind boats riding inflatable mats that glide in the air. Everybody seemed to be having a good time until the moment they had to figure out how to get the thing back to the water. It never worked out well.
Of course nobody ever shows the times when things go right but after reading how most lakes banned them the best guess is success was more limited than the other outcome.
… wait so, you have a problem with people being towed behind boats and having end with them disappearing with a sharp scream, but you Are okay with kayaking through white water rapids where people disappear with a sharp scream…?
huh. well, okay. i guess everybody has their thing. you’d rather go under hitting sharp unmoving boulders than just being pulled underwater. okay. got it.
is this one of those “go big or go home” thangs?
