Oh, you have NO idea! 🙂 One time (out of many!) they got into the barn with the hay. I found out when I walked up to feed that night. I had to go thru the side door for at least a week, they’d pulled about 50 bales down, against the main door. Gaah…
I had to get a buggy whip to chase them out, too. They were comfortable and had to interest in my yelling at them. Twits. 🙂
Manitou Cog Railway goes from Manitou Springs to the top of Pike’s Peak. Around 9,500 feet there is a watershed reservoir manager’s house… the drive from down below to the house is sixty miles of switchback, they joke they have the longest driveway in the world. Well the Cog on the way up sometimes will stop there and put some stuff off as a sort of delivery, seriously it passes within 100ft of the house. They have learned not to leave Mountain Dew soda there as the bears will come past and bite the cans or bottles and drink it all.
I’m fighting a battle with a raccoon this week. I got pictures of the trash panda in our chicken coop using a trail cam. One of the pictures shows him pulling a hen out of the nest, and the next one is exactly what you’d expect. I’ll ship it off to the Stanky Creek Fest.
Hubris forgot to put out the sacrificial MickyD’s for the raccoons…
Lowell can’t be out there with Mr. Stuffins au naturel this year…
It gets more and more strange…
Yeah, include the horse. Just another bloody vandal.

Poor hen!
so “Soupy” if I remember well misplaced her horse?
The horse misplaced himself! 🙂 We got good at double-locking doors & latches. Argh.
not THAT GOOD if he could leave. lol
How’d she get so get so wordy without a huge prep breath?
The raccoons were probably the ones to duct tape security.
and of Course there’s a teddy bear. Lowell is likely not a happy person this fine morn.
Dang it Lowell, you, Mr. Stuffy and your darn trash pandas.
