I don’t think Davey and his crew chose their outfits for practical reasons like laundrability, or wicking features, or anti-fungal/anti-stink fibers.
I think they were just asking for trouble.

I think I begin to see where the self-injuries came from.
“Here, dawg, hold my mead.”
Happy Thanksgiving, y’all.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I think Dave is leaking, better find him a healer or a red potion and quick!
Clean up on the stairs! Someone get a can opener.
My eyes were wobbling from the crash in the second panel
Both awards were truly well-earned. Forsooth.
So? Is the strip over now. Hubris has left, Kara has moved on, festival’s over.
Nope! I’m achieving a cusp, where I can restart with a different set of circumstances for the main players. The dynamic needs to be more dynamic, and so, I shall make it thus!
I have a feeling… the gears are shifting, and that hill down there looks stupendous….
[one place my spouse worked was on a series of hills up the hill. A road went straight down to the crick some few miles away (our house was on this crick so the turn was at the bottom of the hill. At the top on the other side was a little minimall. Altitude to that was about 400 feet (you could walk out of rain and into snow if it was doing weather in the winter, did it several times. SO. About halfways down the big hilly hill at the same height was a cross road and a stop light (with turn lanes). There was a fellow that had it timed to leave at the first hilly hill top, go down that bit and the second hilly bit, CROSS THE LIGHT GREEN and go down to the bottom and make it up to the minimall with his feet off the pedals. One day the police caught him going through the light intersection at 85 mph (radar gunned), in a 45. On a mountain bike wheeled type 10 speed. 40 plus over is a MASSIVE ticket and a LOT of points on your driver’s license. He went to court and fought the points because he wasn’t in a gas powered vehicle and didn’t a license for the bicycle. He won. He still had to pay the fine. That stuns me yet to think of him going through that intersection at that speed and gaining more until he started the UP at the crick. (true story, early 1990’s)
I have a feeling this was a guest appearance of Hubris, I really do. As he makes a bike loop tour of US and Canada….
