Okay. Here’s Lowell. The cast of characters is nearly complete. Lowell is one of those sitcom style neighbors- you know how every sitcom has the idiot neighbor or the evil neighbor or the wise neighbor? Lowell is the neighbor, now you get to pick an adjective for him. You’ve got the next four or five strips to work it out, but feel free to start guessing now. Comments?
