Okay how can you walk on a bottlecap? I have had cast titanium alloy callouses that were impervious to dark asphalt on summer days and small pieces of broken glass (not many or very big mind you) in my teen years; and I certainly did NOT stomp sharp stuff I could see. Bottlecaps and real rocks count as stuff not to stomp. And how did he get that much blood around? I had that much to fingerpaint with, I’d have to have stitches…. it doesn’t look like Kara’s that perturbed about his injuries.

[wincegrimacegag] Ugh… Well I guess that’s what little boys are made of. Or at least, Paste is… Blood, gravel and bottle caps?
    ~but not a lot of brains.~

Ok, about the speculation that some of the mess yesterday was ketchup…
Paste may be due for some fluids replacement right about now. He looks to have lost about 25% of his original blood level.

I agree he looks more than a pint low and he’s not that big, he should have shakes at least from that much being gone.

        Yup. Shakes. Get him warm.

For an adult over about 5′ and/or 100#, at a pint and a half to a pint and three quarters loss, they will give you more. A little less than that they hang saline bags on you at over half a pint. (yes I know these numbers from experience). At that point of needing a bag of red stuff; you are miserably cold, weary, and shivering, and you want to curl up in a warm and I do mean WARM place and sleep. If you are right at needing, after a pint of saline you will feel a lot better. If Paste left anything resembling a trail that he could stamp out expressive wording on the driveway and that much mess in the house, I still think Kara would be more worried about those wounds she’s picking road shrapnel out of.

      Yeah kinda looks like 20-25…

Although my blood splatter analysis skill is low.

So. What happened to Paste’s skateboard? Didn’t he come to work on one? Ah… that’s the next strip I’m thinking.

One other comment, if Paste’s feet are that badly messed up, he won’t be able to work… so he gets time off it looks like (which will last until he sneaks off to the skatepark)
