Yep. I am the clot man… kookookachooo. I thought, at first that I’d feel better or be out of the hospital quick enough to just laugh off a couple of missed days and keep on going. Things complicated, but I’m good. Back to work!
No, no, no. I mean they’re going to hospital to visit YOU. Otherwise you have have Eddie get a mohwak-shaped hair implant. Silliness ensues and the hair comes out green.
Next week: he answers to “Chia Pet”. (Yeah, you shouldn’t have me write your gags)
Funny. (Coincidence funny, not ha-ha funny). David is the first one I thought of, too. The second was Lowell. Because if it had been David, Mom would have been calling, not the hospital. Could be Durnell?
Happy to BE back! Turns out, the ability to make solid plans for what you’ll get done in the coming days is a very special thing. Sounded like drudgery a week ago, but now…
Uuggghh, I have anticardiolipin antibody syndrome since 1999. I have had 6 DVT’s, 3 Pulmonary Embolisms, and a lifetime of Lovenox shots in the belly twice a day. Definitely something to take seriously. I feel your pain. Take care!
I had my life plans demolished by a sudden cardiac arrest. A mere heart attack would have meant a long recovery, but it would be a recovery. With an SCA, well, since you lose consciousness without warning, that’s the end of being a commercial trucker. 🙁
Still, nostrebornod has it far worse! I’m getting by with a device in my chest and a few pills each day.
Must be going around. My brother has also been fighting blood clots in his legs and well as an unidentifiable internal bleed. On top of all that he has had to continue his MS treatments. Finally got everything under control enough to move to a rehab facility this week.
?For he’s an amazing cartoonist …

This nobody can deny!
NObody can deny!
Nobody can deny! ???
Yeah I may have missed you a bit Greg-san.
Glad you are back, and at least able to write.
We all just hope you never break any part of your upper limbs. 😉
No worries! As long as you’re doing better and all that. I know you likely won’t listen, but still… Please take it easy on yourself and let yourself heal a bit. Don’t push things too hard so soon out of the chute.
Blood clots are nothing to take lightly.
Woah, you okay, Greg? Are you “Clotman”? Is that why no updates all week?

Greg’s been in hospital dealing with blood clots in leg. Wonder if the Buckets will be visiting as well.
Oh, heck yeah. I still haven’t figured out who I’m going to put through the wringer, but one of the Buckets is about to have some medical attention.
You have a painful way of doing research for your cartoons. I’m glad you’re doing better now.
WAY too painful if you ask me … he’s an old fart now … he needs to take it easy on his body! 😛 (just teasin’ ya Greg, you know i love ya man!)

“He” is David. Paste’s step dad. This is why no one wants to make the visit. Greg’s fine and currently over at the pump park next door.
Yeah, that sounds better than what I had in mind!

Welcome back, Greg!
Maybe bunker guy… Mr. Cranky?
You don’t have to be sorry Greg, we’re just happy you’re back!

Welcome back! I hope the blood thinners go easy on ya!
Oooooh, blood thinners are our friends.

Glad you made it through! I saw those pics you posted on twitter and it didn’t look fun.

Welcome back, Greg! Happy to hear you’re on the mend!

The Question Marks are half and quarter notes … your board apparently doesn’t like ASCII code. LOL
