Hubris- The Best Words
Okay, so the cartoon is really late. As in, it’s here Tuesday morning when it was supposed to be kinda Sunday night. I drew it on an iPad in an airport and on a plane bouncing through air that was, I’m assured, ‘not clear air’. And then I got home without finishing it to a town with lots of its electricity gone. I’m doing some crazy stuff to get it loaded at all, and my cell charges this month will be, frankly, horrific.
and I missed a seminar by Scott Kurtz and Dave Kellet that I had really been looking forward to.
Thanks for listening to me complain. I can always count on you guys.
Enjoy!
At least, you made a ton of money on the trip, right Greg? Right?
Not yet! Maybe in a month… or two… or six. We’ll see.
You got home. That’s what mattered. Thank you for being dedicated enough to give us some Hubris. Yeah the weather has been fugly this spring, the weather that went through your home turf was baaddd…..
Hope the snarls unsnarl soon, Greg.
I wonder what bill of goods Paste sold David to get him out of the wingtips?
Okay. I’ve been cleaning out a lot of old flood damaged stuff and the allergies are running rampant. Therefor my vision isn’t the best right now. Is the comic slanting towards the right or am I hallucinating?
Yep, it’s skewed.
Type “askew” into google search some time. It skews the page. Really.
a very nifty trick, thanks!
Please take this as a compliment given the circumstances, but the style in this strip seems cleaner compared to the others. It also feels focused. Then again these are “suits” that we’re talking about, not Paste’s clothes (or lack thereof).
What’s wrong with the electricity? Somebody blew up some of the transformers, or did the wind knock down the cables? (Or both)
At least you’re home.
You guys must have got slammed with the storms over the weekend. It was pretty bad in Nashville on Saturday.
But I like the style you went with in this strip and those are indeed some sick kicks.
Bummer, dude. I would be sad to miss Dave Kellett too!
OMG…HE IS CHANGING!!!
