Gladys is a special person with her own ideas about the hierarchy of importance in the world. But then, so is Mr. Cranky. Apparently, so is the Cassowary, Shelly, Mr. Out-Front-Biker, and … well, everyone else. We’re all special.

That military elevator going “WHONG-WHONG” in the background reminds me of those old GE washers with the agitator that moved up-and-down. That’ll teach those bikers to stay away from his air vents!
They didn’t have a choice, it was the set course for the race. Blame Paste for putting the pump park like that so the elevator ends up sliding up and down at that point in the track. Then whoever laid that course out for the race. And yeah, Mr. Muddy Biker really has survived all, he should win.
