Bubba is straight out of the movie, “Terms of Endeerment.”
Usually places that process deer have big signs saying they do….
That dude was too clean to be the kind to mistake the Outdoor Galore Store for a taxidermy or butcher…
Oh deer, that’s a bad mistake to make.
I’ll bet a buck that he has bad eyesight without his scope.
I hope he doesn’t leave nothing be hind when he leaves the store, or Hubris will have to stag ger to the cleaning closet to get the mop and bucket.
Ok CB, rein it in.
Sorry I can’t help it sometimes … puns just roll outta my brain so easily. đŸ˜€
Well, Technically, Hubris’ store Does deal with campers… As in the People who camp… To some extent doesn’t he?
and kind possible client that as now his brain on.
Nice “Buckets” illustration in today’s newspaper Jumble puzzle, sir Craven…
Yes, some of us antiques DO still read the paper and do the puzzles!
Thanks! Gotta keep those newspapers alive ’til we see if they can evolve and make it another few decades.
Around here you don’t take a deer to an outdoor store for processing anyway. You take it to a butcher.
One of the most notable “It’s not that kind of outdoor store” moments:

Gotta love the way Mr. Biner is miffed because the Outdoor Galore Store isn’t the kind of outdoor store it ‘ought’ to be. And accusing toward Hubris for latter’s ‘failure’ to make it so.
There was also the hunting and fishing guy that bought the whitewater kayak for fishing from. He had to be told “It’s not that kind of outdoor store”…
and all the way back to Coach Potato in the first few strips who came looking for ‘Sporting Goods’, meaning team sports stuff…
Seems like there’ve been more, but I can’t call any specifics to mind.
