    Yep, it’s hip and it’s a cinch and they better make sure that a decent lawyer not Chase R. Ambule, wrote that liability waiver; and it’s signed properly in this case. This one is just waiting to happen….

      I’m quite sure that the kayak rodeo promoters had a very good liability waiver in which everything, including a hang nail, is exclusive responsibility of the participant.

    Hubris is showing a high degree of sensibility here, more than he shows in his own activities.

      Probably because Hubris has practiced these sports nearly his entire life. So far I haven’t seen Hubris take an uncalculated risk. He pushes the limits of what he can do, but he does so with full knowledge of the consequences and thus prepare accordingly.

      This kid is trying for the first time a very dangerous, potentialy deadly, sport for the first time because it looks “cool”.

    what hubris is trying to tell you lady your kid might have a death wish come through by taking part in the rodeo not being educated on the thing where is bob when he needs his help.
