I had a cousin like that. By the age of six he’d been in the ER so often they called Social Services. A bunch of us had to give depositions that the kid really did the stuff the parents had claimed he did. (three and a half, he took one of those riding horses on springs, put it near the bunk beds, climbed up and would jump off and onto the horse. After about five times he slipped and split his chin open. I witnessed that one, the last jump) That kid is that cousin in early teens…
Thinking back, my mom didn’t get upset about the crazy things we boys did either, even the time I tried to catch a BB as I shot it. She’d get out the first Id kit, or if necessary arrange a ride to the doctor.
This is what life is like if your husband/father does government work. Free health care. And you wonder why politicians are so desperate to remain in office. They have kids, too.
honestly, I am sorry and disappointed.
I REALLY part of the event and have fun too. but I ended up in for a month and a half in a clinic because I have an elipsy.
they why i still sad I admit. I just want them.
In 37 years, I’ve NEVER broken a bone.
I’ve had over 60 stitches in my body but no bones broke. Guess I’m kinda lucky. (I do have a titanium pin in my left foot…)
I should also point out … I suffer from CONSTANT join/musscle pain due to having something called “Elhers-Danlos Symdrome” … google it, and tell me if you’d trade your ailments for mine. LO…ouch that hurt!
I won’t start the list Allan, but I wouldn’t want what you got. You wouldn’t want my collection either. As for bones, other than the toes, two in my top right foot (adjoining but at different times), and my nose, four times. Stitches I have lost count. A few ER visits ago one of the techs gave me a hand markered ‘frequent stitcher punch card’ …
I’ve had one broken bone in my whole life. I fell off a ladder landing on my back on a hard floor. I got a hairline fracture of my wrist, right where my watch was. I still think if I had not worn a watch, there would have been no fracture. On the other hand, I have a few scars, and 3 stents.

My mom is a nurse and my dad is firefighter/EMT, it took a lot to get them upset. Usually just rub some dirt on it and walk it offZ
I don’t think the new lady will be taking up bike riding, after all….
