Meanwhile, Hubris takes all the “biggesh” money and escapes to Tahiti to open a surfer/skater bar, leaving Paste with Outdoor Galore and the army of swarming lawyers.
I don’t know. Kara seems to like doctoring. Transferring licenses is a tricky businesses. (Especially to locales with beautiful, retirement-worthy climates, which might attract wealthy furriners who might like to practice part time to both “keep their hands in” and generate better income than their retirement funds might be providing them. This is why, for example, it is almost impossible to relocate your legal practice to Florida.)
On the other hand, the laws might be different in the cartoon universe. (You know, like the laws of physics are.)
