There but for six shovelfuls of my backyard mixed with five gallons of water that I then did the graceless rendition of ‘sprain my body gymnastics’ and slid to a totally coated facesplat… go I. Betting on it’s one of Team USA and Durnell…

[grin] Okay maybe I’m off base here but could the title be a nod to the old Star Trek? I sure hope so or I just made a point of showing off my nerdnessies for nothing.

Yes but I didn’t expect a pun/play on words to be that exact.
And I think we’re ruining the fun by debating it, sadly.
Sorry Master Cravens. I promise to keep my nerdness in check better next time. 🙁

Oh, no! You let your Nerd Flag fly! We ALL must let our Nerd Flags FLY!! We shall now all watch Big Bang Theory and read the autobiography ‘I. Asimov’ while drinking Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters.

At a scifi/fantasy convention in ’84, someone gave me a recipe for the terran version of a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster and had some mixed up as well… (recipe makes about 4-5 gallons) that stuff will do bad things to you. I don’t dare print it here as this is supposed to be a clean family oriented publication and comment section…

That was my boys last week. Stopped raining enough for them to go outside and enjoy the mudd. Wife would not allow them inside until they took off their muddy clothes first.
