You ever do that? Finish a conversation you were having earlier by just dragging it into the next conversation?
Yeaaaah. Me neither.

Poor Kara, she’ll chill out soon. Sorry the other guy is getting the bleed-over. At least she knows how to fix ankles….
Now Kara is just being silly. Clearly that would be a ridiculous conversation…..obviously it is cherry, with berry running a distant second.
Now you have me questioning if Kara IS a doctor! A doctor would be setting and working on the broken limb even as she was scolding him – with periodic sharp tugs for emphasis!
And Greg – don’t you dare make this new guy a third wheel…
yeah i think Hubris managed to break her this time…at least for a little bit.
really thinking less and less that this guy will be Hubris’ rival hehe.
It was a long game night.
Ah took me going back a couple comics to remember …
I AM in shape … ROUND is a shape!
… I’m Hoping this is a Kara thing and not something being said about fems in general. Because if it Is a fem thing, it’s just one More thing that makes me feel left out of the “sisterhood”… And there are sooo many things I don’t get that as a fem I’m supposedly Supposed to get already. (the whole thing about women are smart and guys are automatically inferior because they have tackle in their shorts for example… I’ve known some pretty stupid fems, that can’t use that excuse, in my time so I Know that one’s bunk. the men are weird because they like violent sports, is another… I’ve hung out with some fems that put the fear of Oh Holy in me during even Minor League Softball events! Scary scary broads!)
So if this Is a common thing for fems… Maybe I’m really Not one after all despite having all the right equipment… >>?
I think the trait is one of “everybody would be so much better off if they would just listen to me” and while I do not think it is a fem trait (I know lots of women, myself included, who do not tend to go off like this) I think I have witnessed it more often in nurturers who are invested in the safety/success/health of their nurturees and these nurturers are more often women than men. Poor Stephen is just catching the backwash from Kara’s frustration with Hubris this morning over his diet (which she has tried unsuccessfully to influence before).
It is not a diet issue, but this is one of my favorite examples of Kara unsuccessfully (but righteously) trying to alter Hubris’ behavior.
