It’s tough, filling a comic strip with characters that aren’t main cast. You gotta go look everyone up and get their eyebrows and skin tones right. Oh, the hours of toil I put in for you guys. And you’re worth it.

The Enemy of My Enemy is my friend?????
Okay Greg, we figged that Lowell was going to get into Outdoor Galore, so is he a double agent, is he truly there to help (despite his usual help tends to go a 180) or is it none of the above?
Sigh. The enemy of my enemy is my enemies enemy. Nothing more nothing less.
(Schlock Mercenary).
The original saying was, of course, “The enemy of my enemy is my ally.”
Oh, aye, though this is a great way of getting a dagger stuck into your back. Multiple times.
He’s hiding out and mooching off of the closest thing he has to a friend.
The enemy of my enemy is a convenient distraction that I can feed to my enemy to cover my devastating attack on his stronghold!
Lawyers ain’t happy. Can’t bill for hours if there’s no case.
I love your attention to detail, specifically the cowl robe hanging by Parpatine’s (LMAO) desk.
and wants to join the team now and form an unholly alliance . poor hubris he just can’t be free of Lowel.
With a little guidance and some help learning to widen his world view, Lowell will be a great fit for the Outdoor Galore Store & a great addition to Hubris.
Sigh. You are right. A good leader can bring out the best in people. I have to admit that Lowell does have some potential. Also, I wonder if he has hidden skills aside from being more or less uninjured…
Lowell lacks common sense. He’s eager and has some skills but he does not have the ability to calculate the risk vs the gain in any given situation. Thus the lawyer debacle.
Must we continue calling this a debacle?
Yes. Oh, yes.
Yeah, just use Paste & Bob to keep Lowell experienced (aka busy biking, skateboarding, etc. and out of Hubris’s hair) and he might become a decent person to hang with or work with.
So that’s what the evil emperor looks like without the cowl. Nice look, almost dead (I was going to say grandfatherly but he looks too close to the grave.)
I thought that was the ‘extremely well preserved look’ you get from eating twinkies for dessert (and breakfast) for at least fifteen years….
HEY!!!!! I just looked at first frame of this one and Parpatine is a lefty. Greg drew his left thumb on top….
