I work at a photography studio. I take photos for passports and visas. Many times I hear horror stories from people who went to one of our competitors for what I do. Makes me wonder how they’re still in business.

Reminds me of a something that happened about six years ago.
A few of us were talking and the subject came around televisions. One young man mentioned he was looking for an affordable television for his mom. I mentioned that a local store had a nice 32-inch LCD set for a very good price.
His response was he did not like that brand. One of his friends pointed out that LCD was the type of display.
He quickly left the conversation.
