i think that’s one of those tropes people are always talking about…
things like “what else could go wrong” and “things couldn’t possibly get worse”. stuff like that.
which i believe all falls under the time worn, old adage of Murphy’s Law.
“anything that Can go wrong, Will.”
~i saw something that said it actually used to be a lot longer than that but somewhere along the line, it got shortened to what we know now… prolly because when you’re running all directions to get a fire extinguisher, a med kit and for your life… you really don’t have time to spout long phrases.~
