Happy March! Spring is on the way. And Daylight Savings Time. And allergy season.
Don’t you love this time of year. Once we get a little past this part, then it’s tax season, with all its festivities.
Ohhhh, I just depressed myself.

Already allergy season here, trees blooming for a few weeks!
Okay we had to see Crazy Dog Lady and her uncontrollable rescue… heh. That would do it the way that thing loved to chase things, eat things, and cause a mess…!!! Lunatic-Chase R? Officer, the one that’s been here before… and the Wunderdog and his slave the Crazy Dog Lady… heh.
Black helicopters! Stealing our precious bodily fluids!
Cats and dogs, raining in the streets!
Bob, feeling nekkid without his nekklace!
And more!
Taxes!
Poor Bob! Bad enough he had to be there when it happened. Now he gets to re-experience it in what must seem like agonizing slo-mo given the impressive verbosity of our witty raconteur.
Well, why’d ya go n depress yourself for?Surely you can think of better things to Un-depress yourself… What about the fact that with spring, there’ll be more open water to fish in or that with warmer weather, it’ll be time to think about what to plant in the garden?
That’s what I’m currently doing… Nosing through seed catalogs and thinking about what I really want to plant and deciding what I can deal with. ^_^
I’m already ‘in the ground’ with small ground heated hoop houses (cross between mini high tunnel and a cold frame, you can crawl into it and sit to work. [with dedication I can get 9 months of growing season a year].
You’re welcome to come help me weed? (everything woke up too early this year, not going to get a peach crop or apples)
Today is the first day of meteorological spring. It may not be official spring according to the calendars but weather services recognize it so it is official
March came in with rain here. I don’t mind the rest, but I’ve been against that ill thought out government plan to keep us sleep deprived and confused. Daylight saving doesn’t save any daylight. You’re cutting off a foot of blanket and sewing to the head and thinking you have a longer blanket.
Murphy’s Law now looked…square in his beady eyes. I may have to borrow that line.
Looks like everybody has settled in comfortably, resigned to the length of the tale.
At a certain level, a complicated narrative style seems to draw me more into a story. I have to pay more attention, blocking out the rest of the world. A well-written book can thus overcome my ever-shortening attention span, keeping me on the couch for hours on end.
The crazy dog lady is back.
and lets not forget the part about the evil lawer by the name of chaser too.
