Yeah, me too. I was thinking of sounds neat, but a voluntary test school is needed… one that he will send his kids to.
You know why doesn’t he home schooling his kids using this principle?

Yeah. My oldest son went to a Montessori-based kindergarten class. It worked very well for him. Far less well for my younger son. And in both their classes there were kids that benefitted and kids that didn’t. You can’t pick a single style school system for all kids, and you can’t fund a range of schools for parents to pick and choose from. It all comes down to people. I know parents who are deeply engaged with their children’s education- from home-schooling all the way to ones very active in their child’s public school. And I know parents who are struggling with very restrictive job hours who can barely help their children with homework, forcing the kids to learn amazing self-reliance or to wither from lack of guidance. Every person needs a particular set of circumstances to do his or her best, and rare is the person who gets every little detail of what’s needed.
And the world continues to spin, and people do what they do. Here and everywhere.
I’m passing this on to my Early Childhood Education teacher, and demanding we see it in class – because this is the truth!
All of it is true except the idea that the nature would thrive if humans were removed from the earth. The truth is that if humans were removed the entire ecology would collapse withein 6 days.
You ask why? It´s because it´s entire purpose of existence is to sustain humanity. No purpose, no existence! Very much like the fig tree Jesus declared would never bear fruit again. It withered not because the soil was bad or wasn´t watered but because its´purpose for existence had been removed.

I wonder if mind mapping has anything to do with Memory Map(c)(tm)? I knew the woman who pushed that, and she may have been married to Jenner a while back.

I may be using the wrong term. I think Mind Mapping was the term used for taking notes that blend graphics and written words, arranging the information any way that helps show relationship as opposed to left-to-right, top-to-bottom around the page. If it was Memory Mapping ©®™, then you can blame my… memory. Or mind. Or whatever word it is I’m forgetting.
