So now “HubrisComics.com” is technically a sponsor of a very little learn-to-skate clinic and some tiny competitions. Cool, right? If you’re in the area, make sure you show up and cheer the li’l skaters. They can all skate better than me, so I’ll be cheering hard. And if you want to see this poster close up, you’ll have to click on it, then click on that, and then click on the next thing. Eventually it’ll be big enough that you can see the ‘hubriscomics.com’ type at the very bottom. Also, I drew the poster, yeah. And yeah, Paste is in there. He’s not skating though. No helmet.
Nice. I need to attend a clinic like that for “old” people.
That is pretty sick Greg.
Congrats man.
Won, I showed up for the classes once, and they let me in. I was the tallest in my group.
I bought a pair of rollerblades after I turned 40. Nearby skaterink had rollerblade nights. I swallowed my pride, put on my knee, elbow and palm pads and asked some dudes that were maybe 10 on how not to bust my bodyparts. After they all got through laughing a couple of them actually did show me and yes I still ended up busting (just felt like it trust me) myself. No I wasn’t a crumbbumlouse and I bought a pizza afterwards for my instructors…. you aren’t the only one ‘chronologically challenged’ in some of these sports, Greg.
PS I can see the HubrisComics.com at the bottom as it displays without clicking. Maybe my squint is good… nope, felt face and my cheaters aren’t hanging off my nose. Squint is good. Phew.
