Cthula is one of THOSE dog owners.
You don’t want them at festivals.
Especially if you’re wearing sandals.

Yayyyyyyyyy!
Someone let their dog poop right outside our front door. We stepped in it three times before I got a super sized jar of Cayenne pepper and made a ring around our yard. No more poop.
However, I hadn’t used it all and one day someone put the jar where the cinnamon usually was. Same jar, VERY similar label. Only took one bite of my oatmeal that morning.
The “No Name” brand in Canada, uses a plain yellow background w/ Helvetical black text. EVERYTHING looks the same, no images. Just wordking.
Google “No Name Brand”
Hmmm, cayenne pepper ? on oatmeal. Verrrrry interesting. I just might be crazy enough to eat that.
Sebastian Joe’s ice cream shop in Minneapolis had something called Chocolate Coyote – chocolate ice cream with a full cup of cayenne powder per gallon. THAT was an experience.
Yeah, a whole cup might be a little bit much. Still, I might give it a go.
It’s especially bad if you are in a wheelchair.
Neighbor had a rat terrier that decided my front yard was where it would do it’s duty. Guy had a huge fenced backyard but he’d let it out the front. It would about break it’s neck running to my yard and he accused me of tossing table scraps out there. And Laughed. October I fenced in my yard with the worst crappy garden fence, put orange, purple, and green twinkle lights on it and decorated the yard up. Didn’t want the kids cutting the yard and getting hurt. It also kept that dog out. It tried to dig under a few times frantically, whining like it was about to get beaten. Then it decided to take it’s diahrrea and rear dragging and smearmess that drew flies to the neighbor on the OTHER side. They almost shot it. After halloween I switched it to christmas lights. Took those down and the dog was BACK. It was cold enough to freeze a few months of doggie tulips, and I scraped them all up. Between us was a pine with the lower branches missing and his little toddler granddaughter loved to play under there. And one more round of him laughing and me NOT when accusing me of tossing table scraps in my front yard for his dog to come over and mess up my yard again. Why don’t you let it out in your backyard? Granddaughter plays there. So I tossed a few months of doggie doo under that tree. She may have eaten some, eww, not sure. Dog got let out in the back yard after that. [Some do not care to get it, even when blatantly pointed out repeatedly. No I didn’t throw table scraps in my front yard.] Hope Cthula gets her clue and does her duty finally.
I did some thing similar with bums that kept peeing under the boardwalk were I worked. Chinese Chestnut hulls pierce right through flipflops.
