Durnell is a Redneck that found a niche, Dusty is a USER. I’ve seen worse pairings, but both of them are full on hating each other and it is PERSONAL!!
Now, some good old fashioned HATE SEX might come about.. but there are no emotions other than negative right now..
I don’t think Durnell specifically dislikes, or hates, Dusty. He just doesn’t being attacked. Dusty hates not getting her way, and loves to show it.
It’s the theme of every Hallmark Christmas movie ever.
The only thing those two LOVE is to HATE each other.
