I imagine that most epiphanies that occur in chain gyms involve upcharges and not having enough water and protein the day before. Or too much alcohol in general.
But of course, Lowell has a different mindset than all that. His mindset, unfortunately, involves big chain stores.
That mat looks awfully cushy to be able to do a one-handed plank stretch and still hold your balance. Don’t topple, Lowell! (At least it will be a soft landing.)
The last epiphany I had was “I’m a total loser.”

Oddly, it was about 9am, today.
And yet, until just recently, Hubris owned one little shop, and it served him well.
Makes me wonder if Lowell is wondering what Hubris is doing right now. Chances are, he’s not doing plank stretches.
